Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this period, cancellations may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.
Returns and Refunds

- Be in the original packaging with all tags and accessories.

Exchanges
Exchanges for the same product (different size, color, or variant) are possible within 7 days of delivery if the product meets the return conditions above.
Non-Refundable Items
- Products damaged due to misuse or negligence.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Products returned without proof of purchase.
